Job Description
GitLab is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their Sales Development team. This remote role involves leading initial outreach to targeted Enterprise accounts, collaborating with Field and Digital Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. The BDR will use marketing and sales tactics to engage with buyer personas, generate qualified meetings, and build pipeline for GitLab's Sales organization.
Role involves:
- Executing outbound prospecting initiatives
- Conducting high-level discovery conversations
- Meeting or exceeding Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) targets
- Developing targeted lists and messaging
- Researching accounts and identifying key players
- Managing and tracking activities in Salesforce
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hebrew
- Positive phone skills and strong writing skills
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Self-starter with credible achievements
- Knowledge of business process and organizational structure
- Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent written and spoken English
