Global Care Companion (Italian Speaking)

Job Description

Carrot Fertility is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Companion to join their team. In this role, the individual will use both English and Italian to assist members, guiding them through their family-forming journeys. The role primarily involves phone and email support, with opportunities for video chat and other communication avenues. The Care Companion will provide outstanding customer service, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and ensuring members receive the necessary guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist members through their family-forming journeys
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and video chat
• Address member questions and concerns
• Guide members through Carrot's services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or client-facing role
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to empathetically support a diverse member population
• Bilingual in English and Italian
