Carrot Fertility is seeking a compassionate and dedicated part-time Care Companion to join their team. This role involves providing support to members in both English and Mandarin, guiding them through their family-forming journeys. The Care Companion will primarily offer phone and email support, with opportunities for video chat and other communication channels. They will play a crucial role in shaping members' experiences and helping them achieve their family-forming goals.
Role Involves:
- Assisting members with their questions and concerns.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Guiding members through their family-forming journeys.
- Using excellent communication and empathy skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or client-facing role.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to empathetically support a diverse member population.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
