Job Description
Auctane is seeking a Senior Web Developer to join their team in Zielona Gora, Poland. Auctane helps businesses deliver, offering solutions that enable businesses to meet industry requirements and customer expectations. The company's products support hundreds of thousands of businesses in mailing and shipping billions of items annually.
The Senior Web Developer will collaborate with accounting, sales, support, engineering, and product teams to design and implement cross-platform integrations with 3rd party systems. The role involves identifying operational improvements and developing custom web applications.
What this role involves:
- Collaborating with various teams to design and oversee the implementation of cross-platform integrations with 3rd party systems.
- Proactively identifying and executing operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations.
- Developing and maintaining tooling applications that integrate with various platforms.
- Taking full ownership of custom web apps, overseeing them from inception to deployment.
- Gathering and documenting technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Utilizing technology to automate processes and improve efficiency across departments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in web application development using PHP / Laravel, Python, Javascript or comparable technology stacks.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Netsuite and accounting terminology.
- Broad knowledge of web application development and current technological trends.
- Strong analytical skills and building raw SQL queries from BigQuery.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Polish and English are required for this role.
