Job Description
A-LIGN is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to lead the delivery of day-to-day HR functions in their Panama office. The HRBP will partner with managers and employees to provide HR guidelines and support business objectives. This role involves employee relations, culture development, benefits management, and assisting the Senior Human Resources Manager.Responsibilities include:
- Promoting effective employee relations.
- Reviewing employment and termination agreements.
- Managing employee relations and PTO requests.
- Administering benefits enrollment and maintenance.
- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Creating and revising policies and procedures.
- Providing HR guidance on Panama's legal requirements.
- Managing the performance management cycle.
- Assisting with internal events.
Requirements include:
- 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Broad knowledge of employment law, compensation, and organizational planning.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Competence in employee relations and change management.
- Understanding of Panamanian laws and regulations.
