Cultivation Agent - IPM

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent - IPM to join their team in Indiantown, FL. The Cultivation Agent - IPM will be responsible for measuring, mixing, and applying pesticide and foliar applications according to Cresco Labs policy. They will communicate with the IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead, as well as other department supervisors and leads, to ensure plant health by scouting, scoping, and monitoring. The Cultivation Agent - IPM will also execute pest/disease treatment schedules, mix and maintain fertigation nutrient tank batches, assist with data entry and track & trace, and complete all IPM logs and reports.Responsibilities:

• Measuring and mixing pesticide and foliar applications
• Applying mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
• Communicating with IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead
• Scouting, scoping, and monitoring plant health
• Executing pest/disease treatment schedules
• Mixing and maintaining fertigation nutrient tank batches
• Assisting with data entry and track & trace
• Completing all IPM logs and reports

Requirements:

• Two years’ experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption, or equivalent combination of experience and training
• Effective time-management and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work as a self-starter
• Ability to stand and wear proper protective equipment for extended time periods
• Ability to obtain State of Florida Pesticide Applicator License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Ability to read pesticide labels
• Basic math comprehension
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level
