Agile Delivery Manager

Job Description

Ozow is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join their dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement, flow efficiency, and delivery excellence across multiple teams. The Agile Delivery Lead will spearhead continuous improvement across the organization, helping to remove impediments and facilitate the flow of work. They will also foster productive relationships and help teams understand and practice agility.

Role Involves:

• Spearheading continuous improvement
• Removing impediments and facilitating workflow
• Fostering productive relationships
• Coaching on Agile and Lean principles
• Facilitating ceremonies and meetings
• Identifying and mitigating risk
• Using visual management systems to optimize workflow
• Ensuring Product Owners can prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Kanban Flow Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira
• Ability to use data to drive team performance
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, KMP, or SAFe Scrum Master
