Account Management Associate

FalconX is seeking an Account Management Associate to join their team in Bangalore. FalconX operates at the intersection of traditional finance and cutting-edge technology, offering a comprehensive solution for digital asset strategies.

The role involves:

• Managing the KYC process for users across various accounts.
• Assisting with user management tasks.
• Troubleshooting account and product issues.
• Recon activities.
• Supporting the RMs on the Edge product related workflows.
• Providing in-depth support for customers on platform related issues.
• Creating and maintaining Sandbox accounts for client testing.
• Supporting Coverage teams with KYC refresh processes.
• Data Analysis and Reporting on an as-needed basis.
• Assisting sales teams with APAC focussed event coordination.
• Creating and managing chat channels and adding global team members.
• Contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Assisting in token approval process for the pod.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• In-depth understanding of the crypto industry.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• A passion for the crypto space.
• Familiarity with software tools such Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce (Salesforce ideal but not required).
• Ability to interface with clients collaboratively.
• Program management skills.
