FalconX, a company revolutionizing institutional access to crypto markets, is seeking an Account Management Lead. This role is based in Bangalore, India.FalconX operates at the intersection of traditional finance and cutting-edge technology, providing a comprehensive solution for digital asset strategies.What this role involves:

• Managing the KYC process for users across various accounts.
• Assisting with user management tasks.
• Troubleshooting account and product issues.
• Recon activities and relaying information to clients.
• Providing in-depth support for customers on platform-related issues.
• Creating and maintaining Sandbox accounts for client testing.
• Assisting sales teams with APAC-focused event coordination.
• Contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• In-depth understanding of the crypto industry.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A passion for the crypto space.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce.
• Ability to interface with clients collaboratively.
• Program management skills.
