Job Description
FalconX, a pioneering team revolutionizing institutional access to crypto markets, is seeking a Trade Operations Analyst. This role is based in New York City. The Trade Operations Analyst will be responsible for handling counterparty settlement requests, serving as a point of contact for counterparties, and ensuring trade and inventory reconciliation across various systems. They will also monitor daily inventory needs, provide inputs to compliance and risk teams, and perform reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling counterparty settlement requests within agreed timeframes.
- Acting as a point of contact for a portfolio of counterparties.
- Tracking towards assigned KPIs for trade operations.
- Collaborating with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Ensuring trades, transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitoring daily inventory needs and liaising with Treasury Management.
- Providing inputs to compliance and risk teams.
- Adhering to established trade operations processes.
- Liaising with Accounting and ensuring timely data provision.
- Performing reconciliations between internal and external systems.
- Improving reconciliation processes and identifying gaps.
Requirements include:
- 4+ years of experience in a trading firm, hedge fund, or Investment Bank.
- Superb self-management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Any Graduate degree.
- Desire to become an expert on digital assets.
