Trade Operations Associate

FalconX, a company revolutionizing institutional access to crypto markets, is seeking a Trade Operations Associate. This role is based in New York City and involves handling counterparty settlement requests, acting as a point of contact for counterparties, and tracking KPIs. The associate will collaborate with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success teams to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming counterparty settlement requests within agreed timeframes.
• Acting as a point of contact for a portfolio of counterparties.
• Tracking towards assigned KPIs for trade operations.
• Working with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Ensuring trades, transfers, and inventory reconciliation across internal and external systems.
• Monitoring daily inventory needs and liaising with Treasury Management.
• Providing inputs to compliance and risk teams.
• Adhering to established trade operations processes.
• Liaising with Accounting and ensuring timely data provision.
• Performing reconciliations between internal and external systems.
• Improving reconciliation processes and identifying gaps.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a trading firm, hedge fund, or Investment Bank.
• Superb self-management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Desire to become an expert on digital assets.

• A base pay between $98,000 to $132,000 in the New York City and San Francisco Bay Area.
