Hibu is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join their team. This is a hybrid position based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, offering a blend of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor for small businesses across America, strategizing with clients to identify marketing opportunities that drive growth and success.

The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in prospecting and presenting Hibu's advertising and marketing solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) nationwide. They will be responsible for building strong client relationships, achieving sales objectives, and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cold/warm call new SMEs across the country.
  • Present the value of Hibu’s advertising and marketing solutions.
  • Execute sales strategies and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Become an expert in all Hibu products, solutions, and systems.
  • Follow up with clients to build a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives in a competitive environment.

Requirements:

  • Innate ability to explain digital concepts.
  • Strong work ethic and motivation.
  • Solid prospecting and cold calling skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent time management and computer skills.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
