iCapital is seeking a Talent & Inclusion Project Manager to join their People team. The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and implementing programs intended to support employee development and ensure an inclusive workplace. This role will help ensure the successful execution of iCapital's iBelong strategy and other key talent initiatives, including the integration of their inclusion framework tied to the four strategic pillars: Colleagues, Culture, Community and Clients.Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing key talent and inclusion initiatives.
- Contributing ideas and solutions to embed inclusion strategies into all programs and activities.
- Managing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
- Developing and implementing strategies in partnership with ERGs.
- Assisting with the execution of volunteer initiatives.
- Assisting with the enhancement of talent and performance approach.
- Building strong partnerships and relationships with business partners and human resource colleagues.
- Designing presentations, generating reports, and contributing to presentations.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- 3+ years with DEI experience.
- Strong program, project, and change management experience and skills.
- Able to handle confidential materials.
- Able to work in a team-oriented and collaborative setting.
- Solid presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
