The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 25+ members, blending financial acumen with market expertise to elevate MiQ's industry leadership.Role involves:

• Setting and executing trading strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Managing profit forecasting and acting as the trading escalation point.
• Recruiting, training, and retaining a high-performing trading team.
• Defining and refining core trading competencies.
• Contributing to strategic client pitches and representing MiQ in the market.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in programmatic trading.
• Proven track record in building and leading high-impact trading teams.
• Expertise in multiple DSPs and a strategic mindset for revenue growth.
