Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a Bilingual Overnight Customer Support Representative to join their Mexico City office. This role involves providing support to customers, answering questions about product functions, and ensuring excellent service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people and possess strong logical thinking skills. They should also be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering customer and employee inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues effectively.
  • Logging all customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Knowing when to ask for assistance.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Excellent social and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support (1+ year preferred).
  • Restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Apple operating systems, iOS, and Apple hardware.
