Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking a Product Content Analyst to join their team in Mumbai. AlphaSense empowers professionals to make smarter decisions through AI-driven market intelligence. The role involves:
  • Managing and maintaining AlphaSense’s entity master and reference datasets.
  • Integrating and linking external vendor data with internal entity records.
  • Reviewing and resolving entities in quarantine based on automated reports.
  • Running daily sanity checks and fixing client-reported issues.
  • Assisting with data validation tasks and collaborating with vendors.
  • Documenting operational workflows and data mappings.

Requirements:
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with data entry/admin tools.
  • Ability to follow structured workflows for entity validation and resolution.
  • 0-4 years of data entry and/or data maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and superior Excel skills.
  • Must be able to work a late shift to support the U.S. team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
