AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Product Content Analyst to ensure the integrity of its entity reference data. The role involves advanced analysis, investigative research, and workflow improvements to drive data quality. The Senior Product Content Analyst will conduct root-cause analyses of complex data issues, write and execute SQL queries, and collaborate with product, engineering, and vendor teams.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a senior member for AlphaSense’s entity reference data.
Conduct root-cause analysis of complex, systematic data issues.
Write and run SQL queries to investigate inconsistencies.
Support ad-hoc data investigations.
Generate recurring reports and trend analyses.
Recommend and support workflow enhancements.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and external content vendors.
Document investigation results, data lineage, and remediation plans.
Communicate findings and propose strategic data integrity improvements.
Stay current with industry standards related to entity resolution.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in Entity Data/Reference and data management.
SQL proficiency.
Experience working with large-scale entity or financial data.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate findings and recommend data integrity improvements.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Google Suite and advanced excel skills.
Must be able to work a late shift to support the U.S. team.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience with financial information / data and analyst workflows.
