Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join its Marketing Websites & MarTech Team. This role involves overseeing website operations, optimizing workflows, and managing vendor and agency relationships. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth operations and delivering impactful web and MarTech initiatives. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, program management skills, and agency oversight.

In this role, the candidate will:

  • Be responsible for website operations and workflow management.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors.
  • Optimize website development and content processes.
  • Partner with internal teams to align priorities and coordinate work.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and MarTech teams to define technical solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate cross-team risks and dependencies.
  • Track and report on project progress and performance metrics.
  • Maintain project tools and systems.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures for website management.
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience writing and managing the RFP process with agencies.
  • 4+ years of experience in website operations, program management, or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of website development processes, content management systems, and digital best practices.
  • Strong technical understanding of website development processes and MarTech ecosystems.
  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and contractors.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and web CMS platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
