Growth Marketing Design (Contractor) - Asia

Job Description

Goodnotes is seeking a Growth Marketing Design Contractor to join their Marketing team. The contractor will collaborate with the Brand Design Lead and Growth Marketing team to develop and execute high-performing design assets that drive customer acquisition and engagement. This role is based in Asia and offers flexibility to work remotely, from the Hong Kong office, or in a hybrid arrangement.

The contractor will be responsible for delivering digital-first, conversion-optimized visuals for campaigns across paid social, email, website, and product landing pages. Their work will directly impact business growth by supporting experiments, campaigns, and creative iterations in global markets.

Role Involves:

• Designing digital marketing assets for paid media, CRM, and web.
• Collaborating with Growth and Brand teams to test and optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
• Contributing to growth-focused creative ideation.
• Taking ownership of asset production across various formats and channels.
• Maintaining a strong grasp of the Goodnotes brand.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first marketing design work.
• Deep understanding of design best practices for growth marketing.
• Required software skills: Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working at pace.
• 5–7 years of experience in digital design.
• Experience designing for growth in a product-led or tech company.
• Experience working with or within performance/growth teams.
