Job Description
3Cloud is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager to join their Global Delivery Center (GDC) team. This role is crucial in supporting GDC team members, ensuring engagement success, and managing people effectively. The Senior Manager will collaborate with GDC Leadership, Operations, and Resource Management to optimize project staffing and maintain team utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with GDC Consulting Operations to assign project resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in ideation and consultation meetings.
- Manage own projects as required.
- Oversee concurrent client projects, identifying risks and issues.
- Manage and resolve escalations.
- Oversee resource planning and project coordination.
- Mentor staff in Agile methodologies.
- Provide teams with clear understanding of responsibilities and growth plans.
- Spearhead internal initiatives.
- Ensure bench time is used for skill improvement.
- Monitor program scope alignment with business objectives.
- Solicit feedback from Delivery Owners.
- Conduct interviews of prospective candidates.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of client relationship experience.
- Strong verbal and writing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively up to Executive Levels.
- Experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Strong sense of collaboration with the GDC Leadership team.
- Deep knowledge in stakeholder management, people management, and software project Delivery.
- Ability to lay out sound work plans and resolve competing trade-offs.
- Ability to manage up to 30 people and provide guidance on their career development.
- Ability to passionately develop and nurture the next in line leaders.
- Ability to remain composed during challenging and critical situations.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile best practices and delivery methodologies.
