Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Work with the leadership team to contribute insights and strategies.
  • Interview industry experts and conduct market research to identify key pain points for target prospects.
  • Analyze data through a quantitative approach, and make data-driven decisions for marketing initiatives.
  • Test and refine marketing campaigns based on customer and prospect reactions.
  • Report on research findings to refine the company’s go-to-market language and approach.
  • Devise tests using scientific methods to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Communications and Media or closely related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in job offered or as an Account Executive or related occupation.
  • 2 years of full sales cycle/closing experience
  • Experience handling and owning relationships with small to mid-market customers
  • Required traveling once a quarter for Quarterly Business Reviews in-person training and enablement sessions that can take place anywhere in the U.S.
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting applications.
