Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Technical Instructor to join their team. This role involves creating, executing, and operationalizing instructor-led training for customers and partners. The Senior Technical Instructor will design and build program capabilities, harmonize cross-functional teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging learning activities. They will also maintain and update training materials, recommend improvements to Workato’s education services, and stay up to date with industry tools and technologies.

Responsibilities include:
  • Creating and delivering instructor-led training.
  • Designing and building program capabilities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create engaging learning activities.
  • Maintaining and updating training materials.
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators.

Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Five years of experience in job offered or as a Solutions Consultant, Automation Consultant or related occupation.
  • Experience communicating with Technical and Business stakeholders
  • Experience working in an iPaaS/SaaS organization
  • Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to optimize and automate these processes
  • Understanding of operating models, SDLC, security, and governance in large enterprises
  • Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, Databases, etc.
