Job Description
EarnIn is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support to internal and external teams. This role involves taking ownership of IT processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with the U.S.-based IT team to support global operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have solid troubleshooting experience with macOS and Windows.
This position will be hybrid from our Mexico City office and requires at least two days a week in the office.
What this role involves:
- Providing comprehensive IT support to internal and external teams.
- Taking full ownership of IT processes from initiation to completion.
- Assisting stakeholders with mobile device management.
- Implementing robust security measures.
- Configuring and managing macOS and Windows environments.
- Administering MDM platforms.
- Overseeing user management across various SaaS applications.
- Leading complex initiatives and delivering high-quality outcomes.
What EarnIn is looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, sysadmin, and device management roles.
- Deep expertise in macOS and Windows ecosystems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in managing devices with MDM platforms.
- Skilled in SaaS and identity management tools.
- Familiarity with Jira project management and service desk platform.
- Experienced with user onboarding and offboarding.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to train users on helpdesk processes.
- Basic to intermediate scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
