Job Description

Instawork is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building new features and products across web and mobile platforms. This role involves working across the entire stack, developing best practices, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Develop and ship high-velocity products and features on web and mobile.
• Act as a tech lead for larger projects.
• Enhance the payments platform.
• Engage in diverse projects across the codebase.
• Utilize AI tools to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and business teams.
• Drive engineering initiatives to improve codebase and workflows.

• 4+ years of coding experience with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Experience in agile environments.
• Proficient in modern frontend/backend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Django, NodeJS).
• Background in full-stack engineering.
• Experience with LLMs for coding and automating workflows is preferred.
• Proven track record of launching software projects.
