Envoy is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Talent team. The Talent team is passionate about creating great experiences for employees and candidates. In this role, the candidate will act as a trusted talent partner for department leads, identifying and recruiting the best person for the job, while ensuring Envoy maintains its strong, unique, and inclusive culture. This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, requiring four days a week in the office.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will focus on recruiting top talent for technical positions, including Engineering, Product, and Data teams. They will build strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, providing data-driven insights and improving recruitment processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning full-cycle recruiting for technical teams.
  • Building relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • Implementing and improving recruitment processes and tools.
  • Reporting on key recruiting metrics.
  • Building talent communities and pipelines.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at tech companies (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of sourcing and attracting candidates for technical positions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and tech stacks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ATS (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Goodtime, and Coderpad.
