Job Description

Capco is seeking a GenAI Engineer to join their team in Brno, Czech Republic. The GenAI Engineer will play a crucial role in shaping the future of financial services by supporting the development of scalable Python applications focused on GenAI. This role involves collaborating with a team of experts, working with stakeholders to understand requirements, and following coding best practices.

The GenAI Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of scalable Python applications focused on GenAI
  • Learning and applying techniques like document chunking and embeddings
  • Collaborating with the team on building intuitive UIs (Angular/React) and deployment processes (Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions)
  • Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into working code
  • Following coding best practices and contribute to testing and documentation

Capco requires candidates to have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
  • 1–3 years of Python experience
  • Interest in GenAI, LLMs, and data search technologies
  • Experience with frontend tools (Angular/React) or DevOps tools (Docker, GitHub Actions)
  • Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and collaborate
