Capco, an international consulting firm specializing in financial services, is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join their team in Paris. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for the Technology & Digital division.

Role Involves:

  • Sourcing and selecting candidates from job boards, professional social networks, and the company website.
  • Qualifying candidates and managing the recruitment process.
  • Defining needs with the business during the construction of the recruitment plan.
  • Providing weekly reports on recruitment progress and updating internal tools.
  • Participating in integration sessions.
  • Contributing to various recruitment projects.

Requirements:

  • A Bac +5 degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a consulting firm, focusing on technology and digital profiles.
  • Organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
  • Adaptable, responsive, and service-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual English proficiency is essential.
