Capco, an international consulting firm specializing in financial services, is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join their team in Paris. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for the Technology & Digital division.
Role Involves:
- Sourcing and selecting candidates from job boards, professional social networks, and the company website.
- Qualifying candidates and managing the recruitment process.
- Defining needs with the business during the construction of the recruitment plan.
- Providing weekly reports on recruitment progress and updating internal tools.
- Participating in integration sessions.
- Contributing to various recruitment projects.
Requirements:
- A Bac +5 degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a consulting firm, focusing on technology and digital profiles.
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
- Adaptable, responsive, and service-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual English proficiency is essential.
