Job Description
Veeam is seeking a Customer Success Representative to manage and grow named accounts. This role focuses on customer retention, upselling, and ensuring customer success within an assigned territory. The Customer Success Representative will work to overachieve quotas through retaining customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage annual pipeline and proactively engage with customers.
  • Educate customers on product features and close renewals.
  • Negotiate renewals offers.
  • Assist customers with licensing transfers and support tickets.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Advanced English and French.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce.com.
