Job Description
Veeam, the leading provider of data resilience solutions, is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to focus on the South East Asia (SEA) region. This role is based in Bucharest, Romania, and involves driving sales through channel partners specializing in VMware or Microsoft virtualization. The Senior Partner Manager will cultivate relationships with resellers, cloud providers, and aggregators, while also collaborating with Veeam Account Managers to close enterprise deals.
Responsibilities: - Achieving revenue targets for the territory
- Developing and executing a territory plan focused on Channel Partners
- Recruiting, training, and enabling channel partners
- Collaborating with Veeam Account Managers and Channel Partners on large enterprise deals
Requirements: - Sales experience with a channel-focused company
- Proven track record of successful channel sales
- Knowledge of virtualization technology (VMware and/or HyperV is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong team-working attitude in a multi-cultural team
- Business acumen and proactivity in lead generation
