Spin, FEMSA’s business unit, is seeking a Tech Product Specialist to drive the analysis, design, and delivery of advanced technology solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. The Tech Product Specialist will serve as a key contributor to product innovation, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams while mentoring less experienced analysts.Role involves:

• Leading end-to-end analysis of complex business challenges.
• Overseeing prioritization and negotiation of features.
• Participating in product roadmap discussions.
• Leading validation and functional testing of complex solutions.
• Translating business requirements into user stories.
• Identifying opportunities for product optimization and innovation.
• Managing the implementation of changes and new functionalities.
• Monitoring and analyzing post-implementation performance.
• Developing and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product analysis, tech product management, or related fields.
• Technological educational background.
• Solid understanding of technology product lifecycles.
• Advanced expertise in agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of financial or technology products.
• Proficiency in collaboration and development tools.
• Demonstrated excellence in functional and technical documentation.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Experience in leading validation and testing efforts.
• Proactive approach to continuous learning.
• Solid knowledge of integrations with transactional processors for fintechs or banking institutions with a B2C focus.
