Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Description

Bitpanda is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and grow its affiliate program in the UK. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will manage affiliate and influencer partners, drive user acquisition and revenue growth, and ensure alignment with marketing objectives. This role involves tailoring local strategies, collaborating with global teams, and delivering impactful campaigns relevant to the UK audience.

Role involves:
• Leading day-to-day management of affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns for the UK market.
• Establishing and expanding the UK partner pipeline.
• Driving revenue and brand engagement through expansion strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute localised campaigns.
• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance to improve results.

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ affiliate marketing experience in crypto or finance.
• Proven record of driving growth through channel optimisation and partner acquisition.
• Experience with partnership management platforms such as Impact Radius is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
