Testlio, a leading quality management company, is seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the development of generative AI applications. This is a fully remote role within the APAC region.He/She will be at the forefront of building unique solutions that reshape quality engineering at scale, contributing to AI-powered quality engineering and setting new industry standards. The role empowers decision-making to improve software quality for major clients like Microsoft, Netflix, and Uber, impacting millions of users globally. Collaboration with top-tier GenAI engineers and architects will be essential to tackle complex challenges and advance quality engineering.What this role involves:

• Designing and developing cutting-edge GenAI applications.
• Collaborating with GenAI engineers, software engineers, and architects.
• Optimizing and scaling AI solutions.
• Driving architectural improvements.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in generative AI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering (BSc/MSc in Data Science or Machine learning is a plus).
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in GenAI solutions.
• Proficiency with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenHands, vector embeddings, prompting strategies, and SOTA LLM models & tools.
• Strong coding experience in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript (React is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with software design, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with AWS, microservice architectures & containerization.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
