Job Description

Softermii is seeking a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of web and React Native mobile applications within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role involves close collaboration with the team and active client participation.

Responsibilities:

• Performing all types of manual functional testing for web and React Native mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Reviewing requirements and designs.
• Identifying and reporting bugs via JIRA.
• Communicating with the team regarding priorities and testing status.
• Creating QA reports.
• Writing test documentation.
• Driving and aligning with the Test Management lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a QA.
• Experience in a similar project for the last few years.
• Full understanding of API/Rest testing concepts.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of Black/White/Grey Box testing.
• Frontend testing capabilities/knowledge.
• Experience testing across various platforms (PC, MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android).
• Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
• Experience testing Authorization APIs.
• Experience working within a SCRUM team.
• Test Planning and tracking QA Reports.
• Experience in writing clear and concise test cases and test plans.
• Proficiency in bug tracking systems (Jira, Asana, Bugzilla).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze test results and identify root causes of defects.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
