Business Account Manager - John Lewis, Cheltenham

Job Description

Dermalogica is seeking a Business Account Manager to work at John Lewis in Cheltenham. The Business Account Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and encouraging the team to excel. They will also be responsible for encompassing Dermalogica's mission of empowering and educating all customers to achieve their best skin possible.

The Business Account Manager will take customers through a journey, advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touch point. They will drive retail growth month on month through motivating and supporting the team, thinking outside the box with new inspiring event ideas, and exceeding all location targets and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience, ideally within a retail environment, and will be an outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to really inspire and draw customers in. They will also have a passion for skin health and will use this passion to inspire others.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising, listening, and connecting with customers
• Driving retail growth month on month
• Motivating and supporting the team
• Creating new inspiring event ideas
• Exceeding all location targets and KPIs
• Performing services regularly to the highest standard

Requirements:

• Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals (essential)
• Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification (or willingness to obtain)
• At least 2 years of management experience, ideally within a retail environment
• Outgoing, creative thinker
• Passion for skin health
