Job Description

Kasa is seeking a Hospitality Associate for their Traverse City, MI location. This role involves being an on-site facilitator, ensuring excellent guest experiences. The Hospitality Associate will collaborate with Kasa teams and partners to deliver phenomenal service and results.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking guests in and assisting with local recommendations.
• Communicating and prioritizing with Housekeeping.
• Working with the regional GX team.
• Identifying upsell and revenue opportunities.
• Maintaining the lobby, breakfast room, and hotel vibe.
• Addressing guest needs and touring the property.
• Delivering 5-star service.

Requirements:

• Multiple years of experience in hospitality or service industry.
