Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant in Strategy & Innovation to join their team. This role involves mastering exciting projects, tackling challenging tasks, and enhancing clients' innovation and adaptation capabilities. The consultant will advise national and international clients across various industries on developing sustainable, adaptive strategies, innovations, and organizational models.

The role involves:

• Advising management on sustainable strategies and innovations.
• Identifying trends and developing new business models.
• Supporting growth in digital future topics.
• Developing solutions to complex tasks as part of an expert group.

The requirements are:

• Project experience in consulting, industry, or start-ups.
• Experience in strategy development, digitization, and innovation.
• A degree in economics, computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
• Interest in digital transformation and strategic analysis.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Excellent German and English skills, with willingness to travel.
• MS-Office-Kenntnisse
