Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Head of Group Accounting Operations to join their Global Finance team in Copenhagen. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to significantly impact the company's financial future. The Head of Group Accounting Operations will oversee group accounting operations, lead a team of 10 accounting professionals, and ensure accuracy, automation, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Role Involves:
  • Managing and mentoring a finance operational team (AP & AR).
  • Driving process improvements and automation.
  • Overseeing operational finance within general accounting.
  • Contributing to the month-end close process.
  • Driving country expansion from a finance perspective.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks to support Finance and the business.

Requirements:
  • Solid experience in an accounting operations leadership role.
  • Proven experience in optimizing accounting processes and systems.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, systems integration, APIs, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good communication with partners.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Full working proficiency in English.
