Too Good To Go is seeking a Chef de Secteur to join their team in Normandie, France. This role involves contributing to the company's mission of inspiring and empowering everyone to fight food waste. Too Good To Go is a certified B Corporation that connects businesses with surplus food to consumers who can purchase it at a reduced price. Responsibilities: - Mapping and prospecting supermarkets in the Normandie region.
- Acquiring new partnerships with store directors and franchisees.
- Assisting partners in implementing Too Good To Go in their stores.
- Managing and optimizing partnerships through regular follow-ups.
- Developing strong relationships with regional and departmental managers.
Requirements: - Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Autonomy and ability to work independently.
- Persuasiveness and excellent listening skills.
- Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Motivation to fight food waste and commitment to Too Good To Go's values.
- Experience in the retail sector is an asset.
- Fluency in French, English is a plus.
