Too Good To Go is seeking a Franchise Area Specialist to join their team in Normandy. The company's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste. They are a certified B Corporation committed to reducing food waste through their app and other initiatives. The Franchise Area Specialist will be responsible for developing the company's presence in the Normandy region.
Role involves:
- Mapping and prospecting supermarkets in the area.
- Convincing stores to join the mission.
- Assisting partners in implementing Too Good To Go in stores.
- Managing and optimizing partnerships.
- Developing relationships with regional managers.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or business development.
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Autonomy and ability to work independently.
- Persuasiveness and listening skills.
- Proactive and adaptable with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Motivation to fight food waste.
- Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
- Fluency in French, English is a plus.
