Too Good To Go is seeking a Franchise Area Specialist to join their team in Normandy. The company's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste. They are a certified B Corporation committed to reducing food waste through their app and other initiatives. The Franchise Area Specialist will be responsible for developing the company's presence in the Normandy region.

Role involves:
  • Mapping and prospecting supermarkets in the area.
  • Convincing stores to join the mission.
  • Assisting partners in implementing Too Good To Go in stores.
  • Managing and optimizing partnerships.
  • Developing relationships with regional managers.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
  • Autonomy and ability to work independently.
  • Persuasiveness and listening skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Motivation to fight food waste.
  • Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
  • Fluency in French, English is a plus.
