Senior QA Engineer

Job Description

Via, a company transforming transportation worldwide, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join their QA team. The successful candidate will validate the quality of Via’s products and ensure the delivery of reliable solutions.Responsibilities:

• Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, including planning, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality.
• Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual testing across multiple platforms and environments.
• Identify, document, and help resolve bugs and usability issues.
• Set up and manage test environments.
• Contribute across several products in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Balance independent work with team collaboration.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software testing.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies and Agile processes.
• Experienced in backend and API testing.
• Skilled in writing clear, effective testing documentation.
• Experience with automated testing — a strong advantage.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and technically savvy.
• Self-motivated, independent, and passionate about quality.
• Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
