This role involves managing daily operations using Via's technology platform, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence. The Field Operations Manager will oversee operations in person, manage driver supply, prioritize operational issues, and collaborate with a broad interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Driven executor with a track record of end-to-end ownership
  • Team-focused individual
  • Experienced in project management and customer service
  • Fluent in English, conversational/fluent Spanish preferred
  • Based in the Los Angeles area
