ABBYY is seeking a Senior Director of Sales for the Americas to focus on new logo acquisition. This role involves driving revenue growth and building a high-performing enterprise sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or Process Mining.
Role Involves:
- Developing and executing a new logo sales strategy.
- Managing the full new business pipeline.
- Driving accurate forecasting practices.
- Hiring, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.
- Representing ABBYY at industry events.
- Maintaining disciplined use of CRM and forecasting tools.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with 5+ years in sales leadership.
- Proven success in driving pipeline growth and scaling sales teams.
- Strong command of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or Process Mining.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
