Job Description
ABBYY is seeking a Senior Director of Sales for the Americas to focus on new logo acquisition. This role involves driving revenue growth and building a high-performing enterprise sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or Process Mining.

Role Involves:
  • Developing and executing a new logo sales strategy.
  • Managing the full new business pipeline.
  • Driving accurate forecasting practices.
  • Hiring, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Collaborating with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.
  • Representing ABBYY at industry events.
  • Maintaining disciplined use of CRM and forecasting tools.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with 5+ years in sales leadership.
  • Proven success in driving pipeline growth and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong command of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or Process Mining.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
