- Serving as the primary point of contact for building management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with calendar management tools.
- Ability to coordinate and manage events.
- Experience in arranging travel and logistics for senior executives.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in both German and English.
