  • Managing the company events calendar and ensuring timely coordination.
  • Overseeing the employee onboarding process for a positive experience.
  • Handling office management duties, including maintaining supplies.
  • Coordinating company lunches and office events to foster team cohesion.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for building management.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with calendar management tools.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage events.
  • Experience in arranging travel and logistics for senior executives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
