This role involves managing incoming payments, matching transactions, and reconciling accounts to support U.S.-based healthcare clients.   • Process and record incoming payments from insurance companies and patients
  • Match payments with invoices and services provided
  • Reconcile daily transactions and resolve discrepancies
  • Update financial records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Report payment trends, delays, or irregularities to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure timely resolution of payment issues
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • English communication skills (B2+ level)
  • Experience with payment processing, accounting, or data entry (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and financial software
  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
  • A problem-solving mindset and initiative
