Job Description
Coast is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to support its go-to-market teams. In this role, the individual will be responsible for the day-to-day execution across systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, and Metabase. The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will troubleshoot tool issues, resolve data discrepancies, build reports, and maintain workflows. - Monitoring Salesforce and other GTM tools to resolve data integrity issues
- Improving processes around deduplication, validation, and automation
- Providing first-line support for tool-related troubleshooting
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for ad hoc analysis
- Ensuring new GTM initiatives are measurable and trackable
- Assisting in executing marketing and sales campaigns
- Documenting workflows, processes, and best practices
- Helping manage and optimize the GTM tech stack
- Identifying opportunities to automate workflows and streamline operations
Requirements include:
- 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Business Ops, or a related function
- Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with Hubspot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo preferred
- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools; SQL strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and systems thinking
- Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
