Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking a highly motivated Manager/Senior Manager - Growth Strategy to join their Growth Strategy team. This role is pivotal in delivering customer analytics, performance insights, and presentations to support sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the US healthcare system, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will work closely with a Growth Strategy Director/Senior Director in the US, gaining valuable industry knowledge and company insights.
Role involves:
- Building compelling presentations for sales pitches and case studies.
- Researching and analyzing strategic markets.
- Developing and maintaining value lever frameworks and customer case studies.
- Providing analytics support for growth strategy initiatives.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
- Developing slide presentations for reporting.
- Structuring and writing responses to RFPs.
Requirements:
- Degree from a Tier 1 college in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or Marketing.
- 1-5 years of professional experience in management consulting or Go To Market in a technology/SAAS company.
- Strong technical aptitude and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating Excel models and PowerPoint presentations.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and data analysis.
- Proactive and independent thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or G-Suite.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- US Healthcare experience or a strong interest to learn.
