Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking a Content Specialist to join their Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare and committed to making a meaningful impact in the industry. This role involves working closely with product marketers, category owners, and SMEs to develop powerful narratives through various content formats.

Role Involves:
  • Partnering with subject matter experts to create high-quality, research-driven content.
  • Writing and editing long-form assets including blogs, whitepapers, POVs, customer stories, and more.
  • Building narratives that balance technical depth with accessibility.
  • Staying current on healthcare and SaaS trends to feed into content development.
  • Collaborating across marketing, product, and brand teams to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Managing timelines and content calendars.
  • Taking feedback well and continuously learning about the product, the industry, and the people around you.

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of content experience (B2B, SaaS, or healthcare a bonus).
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders, managing feedback with maturity.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a proactive mindset, and solid research instincts.
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit and a desire to grow.
  • Someone who gets joy out of simplifying complex topics without dumbing them down.
