Job Description
XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Junior Compliance Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on enhancing the governance of products and processes within the company, specifically within the Advisor Governance area. The Analyst will contribute to the development of the financial market in Brazil by supporting the awareness, monitoring, and auditing of investment advisors, both internal and external. They will also be involved in disseminating new norms and policies, assisting in conflict resolution, and suggesting improvements to products and internal workflows.

Responsibilities include:
  • Training, monitoring, and auditing investment advisors.
  • Creating and disseminating policies and communications.
  • Responding to regulatory requests and supporting internal and external audits (CVM, BSM, ANBIMA, BACEN).
  • Negotiating with clients.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of banking products and securities, or the investment advisory process, or regulations applicable to financial institutions.
  • Strong communication skills with clients, advisors, and stakeholders.
