XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Analyst for Credit Granting and Collection Policies. The role is within the Credit Policies and Analysis area, focused on evaluating and approving credit operations securely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data-driven decision-making and risk analysis.This person will be responsible for:

• Analyzing credit operations and assessing associated risks.
• Creating and revising credit policies aligned with market best practices.
• Monitoring existing credit policies and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Producing reports and presenting analyses on credit operation performance.
• Collaborating with credit, compliance, and legal teams.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement in credit analysis.

Requirements include:

• Knowledge in programming languages, SQL / Python.
• Experience in credit analysis, risk management, or credit policies in financial institutions.
• Proficiency in working with data and creating analytical reports.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work in person in São Paulo.
