Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Product Designer Senior to translate customer needs into digital products. The role involves working throughout the design process, from conception to implementation and results monitoring. The ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented individual who can contribute from the initial discovery phase to the final implementation stage.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and testing.
• Develop user flows and mind maps.
• Create interactive prototypes for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to align product development with business strategy.
• Contribute to the evolution of Design Ops practices and tools.
• Apply service design principles to optimize customer journeys.
• Define and track experience metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience with user research and testing.
• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes.
• Familiarity with Design Systems.
• Understanding of agile development processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
